Key Purpose of the Role
The role holder will be responsible for managing the programme for the introduction of Video Conferencing products and Services into Asia-Pacific for BT Conferencing.
In doing so the role holder will drive the project to meet the defined project objectives in terms of Time, Cost and Quality and ensure alignment with BT Conferencing strategic objective.
This will include overall project management of all aspect of the programme including driving recruitment, launches, development, training and marketing activities.
The role holder will ensure that project documentation (plans, logs, reports..etc) are maintained to a high standard and accessible on the centralised Enterprise Project Management system (EPM) in line with BT Conferencing PMO guidelines.
The role holder will also work as virtual team member within the BT Global Services overall Prosperity Programme management team.
The role holder will be responsible for ensuring that the resources utilised during the life of the project (people, technology and budgets) are managed effectively.
