IT Audit
Location: Hong Kong - Asia Pacific
Rate: $ 700 to $ 1000 K (Permanent)
Working as part of the Assurance division, the role is client focussed and involves supervising and delivering IT audit and assurance based work across the business. Duties will include internal audit work and wider IT assurance activities such as IT risk management and IT compliance reviews.
You will be responsible for completing all aspects of the work, including engagement management, planning, supervision and coaching of junior staff, transferring technical knowledge, writing reports and communicating internally with senior management.
The successful candidates will display a combination of the following:
• A Degree/ Masters qualification in IT, with 8-10 years of experience in an IT Risk/ Control / Audit environment.
• Proven experience of successfully delivering IT assurance services (including external/internal audit) in the telecommunications industry.
• Experience in business analysis and understanding of core business processes within industry sectors.
• Recognised accounting / auditing (HKICPA or CISA) qualifications.
• A good understanding of technology platforms.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and first rate interpersonal skills at all levels.
• Ability to identify and assess complex IT risks and controls, to relate them to the wider business environment and to express opinions clearly to all levels of staff.
• Excellent reporting and presentation skills.
• Ability to deliver work within tight timescales, on budget and at a high level of quality
